Waiting Room

We ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This change allows us to limit the number of people in the waiting room at any given time. The chairs in the waiting room are spread out to adhere to social distancing guidelines (6 feet or more).

Upon Arrival

Masks are optional. Please respect every and all patients during this time. Use hand sanitizer upon arrival for your appointment. We have hand sanitizer at front desk check-in, check-out and in the waiting room.

Self-Check-In Kiosk

We now have a self-check-in kiosk to the left-hand side of the check-in desk counter. Please use self-check-in as much as possible as it limits contact between patients and staff. To check-in for your appointment, enter the last four digits of your social security number. If you have any difficulty using the kiosk, please ask the front desk staff for help and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Cleaning Procedures

After each patient visit, we disinfect the room(s) in which treatment took place. We use medical-grade disinfectant to clean the waiting room, front and back desk counters, the paperwork room, and individual work stations where any equipment was used.

COVID-19 Symptoms

Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, difficulty breathing, and fatigue. Please, visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronaviru... for more information. If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
