Upon arriving at our office, our receptionist will greet you warmly at the front desk, making you feel like a part of our family. We'll ask you to complete our patient forms in the office if you haven’t done so online from the Patient Center section, providing us with vital information about your health history and the specific condition you're seeking help with.
Following the paperwork, you'll have a consultation with one of our Doctors of Chiropractic. This discussion lets you share your health-related concerns, problems, symptoms, and expectations. The goal is to allow your doctor to understand you, your condition, and your goals, helping them determine how chiropractic care can meet your unique needs.
After the consultation, your doctor will perform an examination, assessing ranges of motion, testing reflexes, performing orthopedic tests, and checking for misalignments in the spine. It's important to note that no procedures will be done without your explicit consent.
Depending on your specific condition, digital X-rays may be recommended. These X-rays, performed in-office by certified chiropractic radiologic technicians, are crucial in developing an effective treatment plan and identifying any serious spinal conditions. Many patients find it enlightening to see their X-rays up close and see what their spine looks like.
